David Henshall serves as Chairman of Everbridge’s Board of Directors. David rejoined the Everbridge Board of Directors as Vice Chairman in January 2022, and became Chairman a year later, having previously served as an Everbridge Director from 2015 – 2018. Mr.

David Benjamin joined as a member of the Everbridge Board of Directors in January 2023. Mr. Benjamin currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Blackbaud, a leading cloud software company powering social good. Since joining Blackbaud in 2018, Mr.

Richard D’Amore has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2015. Mr. D’Amore has been a General Partner of North Bridge Venture Partners, an early-stage venture capital and growth equity firm, since its inception in 1994. From 1982 until starting North Bridge, Mr.

Alison Dean has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2018. Ms. Dean most recently was executive vice president, chief financial officer, treasurer and principal accounting officer at iRobot, the leading global consumer robot company and maker of the Roomba® robot vacuum. Ms.

Rohit Ghai joined as a member of the Everbridge Board of Directors in January 2023. Mr. Ghai currently serves as CEO of RSA, a global leader in cybersecurity and risk management solutions. In addition to his role as CEO, Mr. Ghai also serves as the General Manager of the RSA Security Business Unit,

Kent Mathy has served as a member of our board of directors since August 2012. Mr. Mathy serves on the Board of AVC Technologies and JourneyCare Hospice. Mr. Mathy was the CEO of Sequential Technology International (STI), from 2017 to May of 2020. Prior to STI, Mr.

Simon Paris has served as a member of our board of directors since February 2020. Simon is currently Chief Executive Officer of London-based Finastra, a leading global Fintech provider of financial solutions and one of the largest software companies in Europe.
