Biography

Kent Mathy has served as a member of our board of directors since August 2012. Mr. Mathy serves on the Board of AVC Technologies and JourneyCare Hospice. Mr. Mathy was the CEO of Sequential Technology International (STI), from 2017 to May of 2020. Prior to STI, Mr. Mathy held a variety of executive management positions at AT&T including having served as President, Southeast Region of AT&T Mobility; President, North Central Region for AT&T Mobility; and President, Small Business for AT&T Mobility. From January 2003 to December 2007, he was President, Business Markets Group at the former Cingular Wireless. Mr. Mathy holds a B.A. in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and attended the University of Michigan, Executive Program. The Everbridge Board believes Mr. Mathy’s experience in the telecommunications industry makes him an excellent fit for his role as Director.
